Larcomb Vineyard was first planted in the early 1980s and is one of the oldest in Canterbury. The vineyard planted Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Breidecker. The estate grapes are supplemented by Chardonnay purchased from a contract grower and bottled under the Larcomb label. The wines are made by Peter Gatehouse. Larcomb Vineyard now primarily operates as a venue for weddings.
